1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. Is my credit card information secure on-line?

3. What should I do if I need to change my order or if I need assistance ordering on-line?

4. Can I return my purchase?

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the merchandise in its original container within 14 days of receipt for a prompt replacement, refund or credit. Shipping and Handling excluded. Mail returns to:

Important: Ship the package via an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post). Keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. Cranwell cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us.

5. What shipping options do you offer and what are the Domestic Shipping costs?

6. How soon can I expect to receive my order?

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) providing that the product is in stock. Once an order had been shipped, expect 5 – 7 business days to receive your order.

7. What is the Product ID?

This is an identification code that will assist you with future orders. All Order Confirmations include the Product ID and you can use this number to search for a product online and then place an order.

8. Can I ship my order to a different address other than my billing address?

Yes, we could ship to a different address, but please be aware that your order may be delayed for verification.

9. Do you rent my name to other catalogs or vendors if I order on line?

Cranwell Resort, Spa and Golf Club respects the privacy of our customers. Cranwell will not rent or exchange the names, addresses or e-mail address of our registered site guests with other companies. For questions or if you would like to order a product not displayed, please call 413-881-0736.
